inform you of changes and trends in the business

talk you off a ledge

 

WHAT WE CAN’T OR WON’T DO

Sell a book that isn’t good

Tolerate unprofessionalism or lying

Lend you money

Ask for unreasonable things on your behalf

Be available to you any minute of the day or night

Work when we’re sick

Work for free
